Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is seeking to expand across the US west coast as part of plans to double its footprint from 24 stores to 48 over the next 12 months.
The US coffee roaster and café chain has opened three new outlets in the first six months of 2024, including its first outside of its home state of California in Phoenix, Arizona.
After its Phoenix outlet recorded the brand’s most successful opening day on record, Better Buzz Coffee is seeking further expansion in Arizona over the next year and also plans to open stores in neighbouring Nevada. A first outlet in the state is scheduled to open in Las Vegas in September 2024.
“While we’re thrilled with our progress so far, we’re even more excited about our rapid growth for the rest of the year. We’re planning to keep the momentum growing, spreading the buzz to even more neighbourhoods,” said Amanda Cameron, Vice President of Marketing, Better Buzz Coffee Roasters.
Founded in 2002 as a craft coffee cart, Better Buzz Coffee Roasters entered into the energy drinks market earlier this month with a range of canned ready-to-drink (RTD) and mixed energy drinks across its 24 stores.
