Saudi Arabia has fast become one of the world’s most compelling destinations for specialty coffee and high-end hospitality concepts. With this in mind, Pinnacle Group has spared no expense in developing its latest Toby’s Estate location at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh.
The largest Toby’s Estate venue in the Middle East to date, the KAFD location has proven to be hugely popular with locals and curious international customers alike, drawing long lines of queues daily since opening its doors in December 2023.
Nestled in the heart of Riyadh’s KAFD business district, the Toby’s Estate store has been meticulously designed to create a haven of tranquillity for customers seeking a breathing space from the fast-paced corporate world.
Befitting Riyadh’s reputation as a world-class business, leisure and entertainment destination, Pinnacle Group’s third Toby’s Estate store in Saudi Arabia is also the only in the Middle East to feature a double-sided coffee bar.
Flanked by convivial seating areas and lush greenery, a gentle colour palette is punctuated with marble interiors and a striking mirror motif that exudes sophistication.
Undoubtedly the centrepiece of the venue is a chandelier crafted from more than 200 spherical lights that are poised above the coffee bar to give the impression of it gently gliding above guests.

Toby’s Estate at the King Abdullah Financial District is open from 8am until 1am on weekdays, and until 2am on weekends, serving the renowned Australian coffee roaster’s full range of single-origin and specialty beverages alongside a breakfast, brunch and a grab-and-go food menu.
Founded in Australia in the late 1990s, Toby’s Estate is a highly respected and pioneering global specialty coffee shop group and roastery. In 2016, Pinnacle Group partnered with Toby’s Estate to franchise the brand in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and now operates 19 outlets across Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
