At Frank and Honest, the mission is simple: provide a consistent, great tasting sustainable coffee offering. Their self-serve Eversys machines are available in over 870 Centra, SuperValu and Mace stores across Ireland, including over 30 in-store cafés. The brand also boasts two standalone cafés in Dunboyne Co. Meath and Sundrive Road in Co. Dublin.
Frank and Honest recently launched a new and improved customer experience that is the next evolutionary leap in self-serve coffee. They introduced new Eversys Enigma machines that incorporate enhanced technology, such as a coffee e-levelling feature, for more consistent brewing and a new milk steaming system. This controls milk foam electronically via software to deliver a more consistent milk texture and temperature.
The unit itself boasts a modern, refreshed design, and this new experience also sees an expansion in the range, with the introduction of Hot Chocolate, Chai Latte, Mocha and Extra Strong Americano.
Sustainability is also a key focus for the brand. Frank and Honest launched 100% certified compostable cups and lids in 2018 and offers €0.20 back when consumers use a reusable cup. Frank and Honest is also Guaranteed Irish and Rainforest Alliance Certified, ensuring support for local jobs and communities, as well as sustainable sourcing.
In 2022, the brand released a digital loyalty app to cut out paper loyalty cards, another step in their journey to being as sustainable as possible while enhancing overall customer experience.
In 2023 Frank and Honest will be launching a new sustainability campaign. This campaign will inform the public about how to correctly dispose of Frank and Honest cups and lids in the food waste bin, as well as encouraging customers to bring their own cups.
