Set to welcome over 10,000 visitors, including over 5,000 trade professionals, the 2025 Amsterdam Coffee Festival (ACF) is more than just a coffee event – it’s a multi-sensory journey through the future of coffee, innovation and community. With more than 125 leading brands, equipment pioneers, roasters, and innovators exhibiting, this year’s edition promises bold ideas, immersive experiences, and unrivalled networking opportunities.

The Coffee Trail: A curated route through the festival’s most dynamic booths, offering hands-on workshops, live tastings, competitions and product showcases.
Roast Masters™: A fast-paced roasting championship featuring 19 roasters competing across four rounds of sensory skill, innovation and precision.
Latte Art Live: Daily showcases by world-renowned latte artists and the chance to pour your own creations.
The Cupping Exchange: Discover rare and high-quality coffees in open cupping sessions hosted by leading green importers and roasters.
Becoming a Roaster (by Aillio): A hands-on experience for anyone looking to understand the art and science of roasting.

5THWAVE Live: 10th Anniversary Industry Programme
In a special one-off anniversary edition of the 5THWAVE Industry Programme, ACF will host bold discussions and thought-provoking talks led by some of Europe’s most respected coffee professionals. Curated by Jeffrey Young, Founder of The Allegra Group, the programme explores the defining shifts of the past decade – and what’s next for the industry.

With signature pours from top Amsterdam bars and a soundtrack curated by Espresso Records, powered by Orse Audio’s analogue sound system, SIP is where day meets night – open daily until 20:00 and included in all tickets.
