Pret A Manger has partnered with Indian delivery app platform Swiggy to grow its presence in Mumbai and Delhi.

The UK-based coffee and food-to-go chain entered India with a store in Mumbai in April 2023 in partnership with Indian retail conglomerate Reliance Brands Limited and has grown to nine outlets across the south Asian country.

The move means Pret A Manger’s full range of food and beverages will be available for delivery across India’s two largest cities for the first time.

“We opened our first Pret shop in Mumbai last year and since then have continued to grow across the country. We have had great success so far and now have nine shops open across Mumbai in Delhi. We’ve had lots of great feedback from all the customers who have popped in to one of our shops and, with this new partnership, we look forward to continuing to offer even more customers across India our freshly made food and organic coffees wherever, whenever they want,” said Eira Jarvis, Managing Director, Pret A Manger Asia.

Founded in Bangalore in 2014, Swiggy operates in more than 500 Indian towns and cities and has coffee shop partnerships with Starbucks, Third Wave Coffee and Barista.
