Arpin will lead Scooter Coffee’s next phase of franchise expansion as it targets 1,000 US stores by the end of 2024

Nebraska-based Scooter’s Coffee has appointed Tim Arpin as Chief Sales Officer to forge new franchise partnerships across the US.
Alongside responsibility for sales management, Arpin will coordinate the drive-thru coffee chain’s franchise recruitment.
In a press release, Scooter’s Coffee highlighted Arpin’s customer relationship management and ability to ‘lead and mentor’ franchisees as key to its future growth.
Arpin previously worked at Scooter’s Coffee as Vice President of Franchise Recruitment between August 2019 to November 2021, before moving to Restaurant Brands International as Head of Franchising for Tim Hortons USA.
Founded in 1998, Scooter’s Coffee currently operates 658 stores across the US with plans to reach 1,000 outlets by the end of 2024.
World Coffee Portal research shows US coffee chains achieved a robust $4.5bn sales rebound in 2022, representing sales growth of 10% over the 12 months ended August 2022. Total US branded coffee shop market sales are forecast to reach $55.9bn in 2027.
With the US branded coffee shop market exceeding 2019 levels by outlets to reach 38,411 in 2022, World Coffee Portal forecasts the total market will exceed 41,900 stores in 2027.
