Krispy Kreme will open its first store in Chile in April 2023 via new franchise partner Grupo Premier Chile.
The Santiago-based franchisee plans to open more than 40 Krispy Kreme outlets across the South American country by 2028, with the first store to open in Chile’s Vitacura district.

Krispy Kreme operates more than 1,800 stores globally and is planning to enter seven new markets in 2023. Alongside Chile, the US donut and coffee chain will also debut in Switzerland and France this year.
Krispy Kreme achieved 10.5% group sales growth in 2022 to reach $1.53bn.
Grupo Premier Chile also operates the Little Caesars Pizza restaurant chain across Chile. It is part of Mexican conglomerate Grupo Premier, which is involved in the restaurant, automotive and construction industries.
