Lavazza has signed a five-year agreement to become the Official Partner for Coffee at Disneyland Paris.
The partnership will see Lavazza products, including its Carte Noire and La Reserva de ¡Tierra ! range, served across the resort, with the Italian coffee roaster also working with Disneyland Paris chefs to develop ‘exclusive’ recipes.
Lavazza Group and Disneyland Paris will also collaborate on joint marketing and communication campaigns throughout Europe to ‘showcase the optimism, spontaneity and creativity that characterise the two companies’.
Opening as Euro Disney Resort in 1992, the theme park attracted around 10 million visitors a year before the pandemic, making it one of the most visited attractions in Europe.
The partnership comes shortly after Lavazza
agreed to acquire French coffee roaster, equipment and services supplier, MaxiCoffee, a move that will strengthen the Turin-based coffee roaster’s presence in France’s e-commerce and retail markets.
