Kicking off the conference, David Hughes, Global Head of People Proposition for Costa Coffee demonstrated how businesses can craft a winning employer value proposition to attract, retain and effectively engage with their teams.

Hughs emphasised the importance of motivating team members with a strong sense of purpose and an authentic brand vision.
