Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons has begun a regional expansion drive in Pakistan with new outlets in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Tim Hortons entered Pakistan in February 2023 with an outlet in Lahore which drew large crowds and generated record opening day sales for the Ontario-based operator.
Following the launch of three further stores in Lahore in 2023, Tim Hortons has now opened two outlets in the capital city Islamabad and a single site in Rawalpindi. The flagship store in Islamabad, located at DHA Phase-II Central Park, broke the opening day transactions record of its Lahore launch, Tim Hortons Pakistan said on LinkedIn.
“We started our journey in Lahore and now the team is incredibly excited to continue our expansion into the Pakistan market with this important launch in the capital region,” said Nicklaus Tang, General Manager, Tim Hortons APAC.
Other coffee chains located in Islamabad’s DHA Phase-II Central Park include Gloria Jean’s, Coffee Planet and Dunkin’.
