Joe & The Juice has opened a new café and training campus in Dubai to support outlet growth and staff development across the UAE. 
 

In a press release, the coffee and juice chain’s UAE franchisee Lavoya Restaurants Group said the Dubai Silicon Oasis site will feature a training facility for staff development and learning sessions with industry stakeholders. 
 

The campus also has a dedicated space for recipe development and external collaboration events. Joe & The Juice has previously launched menu items including an iced lavender latte and halloumi sandwich exclusively in the UAE. 

Lavoya Restaurants Group opened the first Joe & The Juice store in the Middle East in Dubai in September 2022 and has scaled the brand to 11 UAE outlets.  

Copenhagen-based Joe & The Juice views the Middle East as a key growth market and plans to operate 200-300 franchised outlets across the region by 2032. 

The 350-store coffee and juice chain's Middle East presence also comprises outlets in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar.
