UK specialty coffee roaster Origin Coffee has signed a new three-year deal to become the exclusive coffee supplier to The Hoxton’s eight boutique hotels in Europe.
The agreement also includes the supply of all coffee equipment, and places Origin as The Hoxton’s coffee supplier of choice for all new projects.
Launching its first hotel in Shoreditch, London, in 2006, The Hoxton’s portfolio now includes three further London sites, alongside hotels in Amsterdam, Paris, Rome and Barcelona. The hospitality group plans to open a ninth European location in Brussels in April 2023.
In a press release, Origin said it has had a strong relationship with The Hoxton since 2015 and the new agreement highlights a shared commitment to ‘championing planet and product, for a sustainable future’.
Founded in 2004 by Tom Sobey, Origin Coffee is an independently owned specialty coffee roaster and six-strong café chain. The company received B Corp accreditation in July 2020.
The Hoxton, which is part of the Ennismore hospitality group, also operates hotels in New York, Portland, Chicago and Los Angeles.
