Cimbali Group, a world leader in coffee machine production and design, has announced its new strategic plan for the US market. This aims to strengthen the company’s presence in North America and better serve its partners, from the West to the East.
As part of this plan,
Cimbali Group will integrate its offices and operational activities in a single location to create a more efficient and effective presence serving the US market. Effective 1 June 2023, all activities of the previous office in Fairfield, Connecticut, including accounting, customer logistics, and the spare part warehouse, will be moved to the new headquarters in Renton, Washington.
Cimbali Group’s new US headquarters will be based outside Seattle, known as the coffee industry's heart and soul. This location will allow the company to be at the pulse of coffee culture and provide an ideal environment for the continued development of a solid North American expansion.
The strategic plan will focus on the dedicated integration of teams across sectors and functioning competencies in the US, enhancing the quality of improvement at all levels: operational, logistical, and customer service. The company is committed to collaborating with key North American partners to achieve mutual success.
The integration of Cimbali Group’s brand portfolio – SLAYER, LA CIMBALI, FAEMA, CASADIO – and their categorical extensions (traditional, super-automatic coffee grinders), together with unique and consolidated production facilities in Renton, will allow the company to uphold a leading role in the North America competitive arena.
In the coming years, Cimbali Group foresees significant, exponential growth in the manufacturing of their machines, attributed to a plant in the Renton headquarters dedicated to expediting the production of their Made in USA machines.
“We are thrilled to unveil this new strategic plan for the US market. This investment demonstrates our commitment to coffee, tech, and customer-centric solutions and will allow us to provide unparalleled service to our valued partners in our region,” said Niklas Ivarsson, Chief Commercial Officer of North America.
The new headquarters solidifies Cimbali Group’s steadfast investment in the US market, emphasises its operational and logistical team values, and showcases the company’s leading position in the coffee industry.
