Keurig Dr Pepper has announced Sudhanshu Priyadarshi will be its next Chief Financial Officer. Effective from 14 November 2022, Priyadarshi will report to KDP CEO Ozan Dokmecioglu and lead KDP’s finance and information functions.
Priyadarshi brings to the role more than 20 years of leadership experience in the food & beverage, retail, pharmaceutical and logistics industries. He has spent the majority of his career at multi-national CPG and retail companies, namely PepsiCo and Walmart.
Most recently, Priyadarshi was CFO at sports and outdoor group Vista Outdoor Inc., a role he has held since April 2020.

KDP was
formed in 2018 after JAB Holding Company acquired US soft drinks manufacturer and distributor, Dr Pepper Snapple, and merged it with its Keurig Green Mountain coffee business in a deal worth $18.7bn.
The company manages a portfolio of over 125 owned, licensed, partner and allied brands, including retail coffee products from prominent US branded chains, Krispy Kreme, Panera Bread, Cinnabon, Caribou Coffee, Tully’s Coffee and Gloria Jeans Coffee.
