Managing Director, Katz & Associates

Russel Helbling serves as Managing Director at Katz & Associates’ New York City office where he works on tenant and landlord representation in Long Island and the surrounding New York Metro region. Helbling has represented Starbucks for over 16 years, completing over 125 transactions for the business.

Julia Wilkinson

Restaurant Director, Shaftesbury

Julia Wilkinson joined West End specialist property company Shaftesbury, the largest single owner of restaurants, cafés, and bars in central London, in 1997. Wilkinson leads Shaftesbury's F&B strategy and portfolio, securing some of the most exciting young operators within the Shaftesbury portfolio.
