For this new launch, Lavazza has joined hands with world-renowned pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani, crafting a collaboration that embodies the spirit of Italian tradition re-interpreted in a contemporary way. The partnership was presented at the Sirha fair in Lyon, France, from 23-27 January 2025 with a series of experiential activations.
Known for his boundary-pushing creations and a profound respect for Italian tradition, Fabrizio Fiorani brings his artistry to the Tales of Italy collection. As the youngest pastry chef to receive the ‘Best Pastry Chef in Asia’ accolade, Fiorani has earned international acclaim for his unique ability to balance innovation and tradition in his desserts.
Fiorani has designed an exclusive series of pastries to pair perfectly with Tales of Italy blends which he calls ‘unconventional breakfast stories’ – innovative pastries inspired by the cities of Milan, Venice, Rome and Naples. These exquisite creations are paired with the Tales of Italy blends to guarantee an unforgettable experience. Fiorani’s special signature cappuccino, created in partnership with the Lavazza Training center, will be showcased at other events and fairs throughout the year.
