Sodexo InReach’s fourth acquisition of 2024 adds 250 new clients to the retail convenience business’ vending, office coffee and micromarket portfolio

Sodexo North America’s retail convenience business, InReach, has acquired Texas-based vending and office coffee supplier Capitol Vending and Coffee.
In a press release, Sodexo said the deal strengthens its position in the ‘dynamic’ Texas market and adds to its acquisitions of K&R Vending Services, Five Star Food Services and Legend Food Service this year.
Capitol Vending and Coffee adds approximately 250 new clients to Sodexo InReach’s portfolio. The sum of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Specialising in fair trade and organic coffee, Capitol Vending and Coffee sources coffee from local coffee roasters, including Austin Java, Progress Coffee, Cuvee and Texas Coffee Traders, as well as prominent brands Starbucks and Lavazza.
