Los Angeles-based specialty coffee roaster and eight-store café group Go Get Em Tiger has appointed Elena Ceridono as its new CEO.
Ceridono joined Go Get Em Tiger as Chief Operations Officer in May 2023 having previously held senior roles at fellow Californian specialty coffee chain Peet’s Coffee, as well as US restaurant chains CAVA and Tacodeli.
She succeeds founder Kyle Glanville as CEO, with Glanville assuming the new role of Head of Concept & Brand – responsible for customer experience, marketing and design.
Glanville launched Go Get Em Tiger alongside Charles Babinski in 2013 with a store Grand Central Market, Los Angeles. The business completed a private micro-investment round in 2018 which financed the move to source and roast its own coffee.
