Taiwanese bubble tea chain Chun Fun How has opened its first UK outlet in London and said it will ‘advance the bubble tea experience’ across the country ‘to the next level’.
Chun Fun How, which promotes its ‘Instragrammable’ floral cups and interior designs setting it apart from other bubble tea operators, said the London Victoria outlet will appeal to the city’s younger consumers.
With ‘premium ingredients’ directly imported from Taiwan, the store offers a range of Taiwanese bubble tea flavours, including Lychee Jade Tea and Citrus Jade Tea.
The company has said it plans to release new beverages and seasonal menu items exclusively to the UK market this year.
Founded in Taiwan in 2014, Chun Fun How currently operates 35 outlets globally across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Canada.
Fellow Taiwanese bubble tea chain Gong cha accelerated its global expansion plans last year, debuting in Belgium and Portugal, and boosting its US leadership team as it seeks to operate 500 outlets in the country by 2025.
