Travel food and beverage operator SSP group has added a new fresh-to-go concept to its portfolio with the opening of Soul + Grain at London’s Victoria station.
The London Victoria store, formally a Caffè Ritazza location, is set to be the first of several Soul + Grain outlets at other UK stations and airports.
As part of the opening, SSP has also partnered with UK-based Extract Coffee Roasters, recently named Best All-Round Speciality Coffee Roaster at the UK Coffee Awards 2022, to offer customers ethically sourced artisan coffee alongside the Soul + Grain menu.

SSP Group operates its own café brands, such as Caffè Ritazza, Upper Crust and Camden Food Co., in addition to licensed brands including Starbucks, Pret A Manger and Burger King.
