Tim Sturk is the Founder and Director of Coffee Education at Cherry Coffee Training. Sturk is a licenced Q Grader and has played a pivotal role in global coffee education, development and training over the last 10 years. Sturk is the head judge for Coffee Masters competition and a Sensory Judge for the World Barista Championships since 2015.

Training Director, Specialty Coffee Association

Ben Helt is director of the Authorized SCA Trainer program for the Specialty Coffee Association. Helt’s combined career experience in both adult education and coffee business ownership help him support the distribution of the SCA’s certificate training programs. He is based out of his home office in Kansas City.

Diana Getchius

VP Human Resources, Union Square Hospitality Group

Diana Getchius is the Vice President of Human Resources at Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), which operates a collection of 20 boutique hospitality concepts across New York City. USHG also has an events and catering division - Union Square Events – and employs over 1,000 hospitality staff across the group.
